You will develop skills to identify and evaluate key elements, multiple dimensions and diverse perspectives influencing performance (financial and non-financial). **Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the Annual Planning and periodic forecasting processes, and review monthly results against Plan Estimates
- Provide regular monitoring of key business drivers (i.e. Deposits, Loans, Spreads) to articulate clear and concise explanations of business and financial performance
- Support Product and Front Office Teams in explaining financial performance of P&L, and Balance Sheet on a monthly basis, and review against forward looking targets (Annual, Mid-Year or shorter cycles)
- Partner with the FP&A On shore team in the creation of Financial performance decks that are ultimately delivered to the country business teams or to Regional Finance Teams for consolidation purposes.
- Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular Planning and Analysis processes
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering with at least 3 years of Planning & Analysis experience (experience in financial services preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
- Keen interest in business and economic environment. This position will be working primarily with Mexico Finance Team, thus general knowledge about current affairs in Mexico will be a key differentiator
- Advanced English Required
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
