**Job Description**:

This position will play a vital role in the creation of a regional FP&A team that supports Experian's North America business units. The primary focus will be creating additional capacity for the Costa Rica GFS Team to continue supporting North America business units by effectively and efficiently transitioning finance responsibilities from US-based teams to GFS Costa Rica. Also will be responsibility for Consolidating Financials at specific Business Unit Level.
We are looking for a strong Commissions Manager to take a newly created role providing Finance North America, Sales North America and local GFS Team in the management of Commissions Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing organization.
This role is new, dynamic, provides opportunity for development, and will give you exposure to the Commissions structure currently supporting more than 5 business units.
This role will help drive process improvement and synergies with a heavy emphasis on analytics and business partnering. In addition to monthly and annual reporting and administrative functions, this role will provide consultative support to guide and facilitate strategic business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role with interactions with Sales and various BU finance teams. This is a hands-on analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be leading the transformation of the Commissions system/process across North America, setting standardization of compensation plans and setting a strongest Central of Excellence for Commissions.
- Partner effectively with the sales leadership to drive performance in excess of profit expectations.
- Supporting the process of setting annual incentives plans across the Region and BU level. Working on potential standardization across the region.
- Facilitate the delivery of innovative and impactful consolidated financial analysis and report solutions that exceed expectations by improving speed of insight and increasing sales performance
- End to end commissions management.
- Transformation and improvement of the relationship with Sales, with high accuracy and demand on ad-hoc analysis
- Front facing sales support with daily interaction with sales teams to help drive strong revenue results.
- Provide consolidated financial analysis and information to Sales and Finance leadership, along with executive summaries, recommendations, and conclusions.
- Develop and maintain decision support platforms to provide key analytics as it relates to compensation plan exceptions.
- Lead the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership.
- Manage the monthly goal tracking process and sales forecast including commission forecast and various reporting.
- Problem solving and compensation plan exception analysis and recommendations.
- Consistently train and develop team members in existing and newly transitioned responsibilities with a focus on strong business partnering, cross training and process improvement.
