Responsible for managing or performing work associated with IT infrastructure & systems administration (internal or outsourcing staff) including installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of IT software and hardware systems, IT data/voice network systems, and internal databases. Activities include ensuring the uptime, performance, and resource availability of the computers and other IT systems; matching the organization's resources with the demand placed on them; monitoring organization's wide area and/or local area network performance; identifying and resolving network problems; upgrading network hardware, software and telecommunications equipment; IT data center facility operations; and ensuring the quality, accuracy and security of databases
**Requirements**:
- Manage specific job processes/projects as determined by leadership
- Lead cross-functional support team during project activities
- Ensure on-site resources provide adequate staffing coverage and support for business integration events
- Facilitate the execution and support of business integration (deployment, foldout, or transfer) activities for all functional areas across the BT department
- Review and advise on master deployment plans (MDPs) and associated collateral materials
- Build relationships with site leadership, Sysco business partners, and BT (Business Technology) functional leads
- Lead debriefs for the onsite team and maintains communication transparency with leaders
- Assist team in escalating defects, issues, and incidents
- Coordinate issue resolution and keep leadership informed of status/situations
- Facilitate lessons learned for each phase of the project

**Education**
- Master's degree or MBA preferred (For internal associates, equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience in a business process design role (or other similar) with large (for example, $10M - $20M) business change
- initiatives that include discovery, design, documentation, and optimization of enterprise-level business solutions (people, process, technology)
- Working knowledge or experience of Sysco business processes (such as order to cash, or procure to pay) or equivalent mergers and acquisition processes
- 7+ years of overall IT (or related area) work experience.
- 3+ years leading teams in business functions or related areas.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, MS Project, and advanced Excel data manipulation and formatting.
- 3+ years of experience in project management in both large and small
