**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The person holding this position is in charge with designing, developing, and delivering group/team specific engaging learning materials, through collaboration with stakeholders to define the requirements for learning content.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Design, develop, and deliver group/team specific engaging learning materials.
- Evaluates effectiveness of existing learning material utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes.
- Management of current Learning Management System by providing technical support to users for basic issues and coordination of resolution of the advanced technical issues with the supplier.
- Promotes and ensures the global use of the existing Learning Management System.
- Constant and consistent collaboration with stakeholders (GBS & BAT entities) on development/update of learning materials.
- Supporting the company's initiatives and priorities that may intersect with development of training materials and operations.
- Supporting regular and/or ad hoc initiatives promoted by the Leadership Team or the higher hierarchical levels.
- Ensure participation to occupational safety and health issues mandatory training sessions.
- Comply with the local health and safety policies.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's degree in business management, communication, information technology or a closely related field.
- Previous working experience in Learning & Development.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office level.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work.

- Proficiency in specialized software such Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or other Learning Management Platform.
- Visual design skills.
