We're seeking a meticulous Finance Operations Manager to lead our finance operations and ensure financial excellence within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**
As the Finance Operations Manager at RoverPass, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
**_ Subscription Management:_**
Monitor and manage subscriptions in Chargebee.
Ensure correct setup and handling of renewals, coordinating with clients.
Add new product codes to Chargebee when new items are introduced.

Payment Collections and Disputes:_**
Handle website domain charge collections.
Collect refunds of credit card processing and platform fees from campgrounds.
Manage one-off payments from campgrounds, including troubleshooting issues.
Resolve lost dispute collections.
**_ Financial Compliance and Reporting:_**
Review over/underpayment reports monthly to identify and address discrepancies.
Manage 1099 dispersals and document requests.
Ensure we have W9 forms for every account.
Update bank account information or EIN/SSN for custom connect accounts

Churn Process and Account Management:_**
Develop and implement a churn process to ensure proper communication and account management when clients churn.
Review and take action on positive/negative connect accounts that remain unchanged for 30+ days.
Handle copyright claim settlements.
**_ Monthly SaaS Payment Reporting:_**
Generate and maintain a monthly SaaS payment report.
**Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in financial operations or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, STRIPE & Chargebee.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with payment processing systems, including Stripe.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
