This would involve collaboration with various stakeholders (including senior management) to drive insightful decision-making and provide accurate financial projections. The JLL FP&A team works collaboratively with our finance partners for each Function/Business Line as well as corporate segment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Produce Monthly Financials Statements and BL's activity reports
Reconcile Financial Statement Accounts and Projects
Prepare budget and forecast
Perform Variance & Metrics Analysis Reporting
Compliance to Local Enabling Agreements
Ensure Statutory Regulation Compliance from Clients and Vendors
Prepare Monthly Billings
Managing Cash Flow and Receivables
Prepare, Review & Post Journal Entries
Prepare & Track Accruals
Record Receipts & Receivables
Request Vendors' Check Runs
Special Analysis and Projects as needed
Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools
Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skills
Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment,
Stay updated with the latest developments in financial analysis and reporting practices, tools, and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards
**Qualifications**:
4+ years of accounting experience in general.
2+ years of FP&A experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations.
Excellent proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software) and familiarity with ERP systems. Advanced Excel level is preferred.
Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing team environment.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player, independent and able to work under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in a large, complex, and global public company.
Experience with US GAAP a plus.
