- The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- As a CIP Senior Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Main Responsibilities:
- Load Annual CIP (Customer Incentive Plan) into Vistex;
- Process and Check / validate CIP payment for customers (rebates and MDF's);
- Raise Rebate payment request (Sales Force Case);
- Check, validating MDF proof of performance, guarantee consistency with our guidelines;
- Post accrual in Vistex;
- Prepare accrual review meeting;
- Run accrual review meeting;
- Responsible for close agreements aligned with finance (reconciliation owned by RTR);
- Act according to 3M regulation and policies
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
- Your Skills and Expertise
- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
- Flexible and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues.
- Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills
- Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Finance discipline or three (3) combined years of experience in Business, Accounting and/or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Analysis).
- Fluent in Business English. Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
