Experience Engineer

**Location**:
San José, Costa Rica

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership to the company.
- Develop innovative and new ways to solve problems.
Provide architectural guidance.
- Design systems from the ground up using latest technologies and methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance on the hardest technical problems.
- Analyze complex problems, propose and discuss technical solutions.
- Research and adapt to new technological challenges.
**Tech skills (must)**:
Strong computer science foundation.
Strong knowledge in:.NET Framework/ Core, ASP.NET, C#, Java, Web technologies and Windows Forms.
**Nice to have** Knowledge: HTML, Bootstrap, Java, J2EE, TypeScript, jQuery, VB.NET, CSS, JavaScript, MVC, MVVC, SQL, Angular, React, Nodejs

**Years of experience**:
8+ years of experience.
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
