Et&M Operations Coordinator - 1 Year Contract

Position is responsible for the logistic operation management of local market events (Internal colleague meetings, external attendee engagements, congresses).
This includes control of the logistics management processes, cost savings follow up, tracking of logistic services all meetings, compliance local policy and standards, client communication management.

- College bachelor required-Proven capabilities for meetings management with a knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and compliance.
-Bi-lingual language skills preferred (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
