Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HOA.
- Act as a liaison between the HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HOA notices, newsletters, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner accounts, including payments, violations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from homeowners, working closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in regular property inspections to ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating HOA board meetings, including preparing meeting materials and recording minutes.
- Assist in the enforcement of HOA rules and regulations, including following up on compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial reports.
- Assist in coordinating community events and activities to foster a sense of community among homeowners.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to HOA management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual, English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred within Real Estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HOA laws, regulations, and governing documents is preferred.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards within the community.
**Experience**:
- Property Management Administration: 1 year (preferred)
