**Responsibilities**:
- The COB & CM Senior Analyst supports Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM).
- Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form.
- Data analysis and Excel modeling skills.
- Business knowledge of documentation type and purpose.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Track record as a strong analyst - recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.
- Hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction.
- Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows.
- Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.
- Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
- Flexibility and Autonomy are essential as some travel and out of hours work may be required.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years Experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management.
- Advanced English level
- Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping.
- 2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

- _ The ER Senior Analyst supports Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM)._
- _ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision_
- _ Lead project / task discussions, manage tasks and adherence to deliverable expectations using sound judgement and autonomy_
- _ Supports Sourcing, Third Party Management (Continuity Of Business Controls), and Business teams, providing feedback on the adequacy of Resilience requirements ( SDOA, SDOS, Third Party CoB Assessments)_
- _ Management / oversight of issues, corrective actions and risk exceptions, including escalation process and controls_
- _ Contribute to the development and enhancement of program activities and tools to support simplification and address emerging risk_
- _ Attention to detail; conduct data analytics and product MS Office output (decks, spreadsheets, reports)_
- _ Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization._
- _ Partners with business and technology teams, Third Party Management, Sector, Regional and Country CoB Teams to identify risks and align appropriate actions to mitigate Third Party CoB risk_
- _ Conduct Gap Analysis of assessments to determine impact of adverse events that may affect key Third Parties; track Gap Disposition to closure to ensure mitigation of all CoB gaps_

- _ Ability to manage projects, expectations and maintain key relationships; possess ability to multi task effectively_
- _ Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Third Party Risk Management_
- _ Knowledge / participation in the implementation of IT projects, including the formulation of business requirements_
- _ Understanding of cloud / SaaS hosting providers and related technologies (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc.)_
- _ Resiliency Knowledge preferred (Familiarity with operation resilience concepts including regulatory requirements)_
