We are searching a dynamic and experienced** Project Manager **to lead **global infrastructure and security projects** at Experian. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of these projects, working closely with technical teams and executive leadership.
**What you'll be doing**
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional teams and internal leadership, fostering effective collaboration and alignment.
- Strong project mgmt leadership, ensuring timely communication on project delivery requirements and expectation alignment across the organization.
- Orchestrate and guide project managers & focal points from various regions and third-party partners to ensure project delivery and schedule adherence.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and positive project environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
- Maximize business value delivered by Experian and its partners:
- Prioritize activities for the right resources at the right time.
- Effectively manage project risks and issues.
- Cultivate strong relationships with global leaders and regional teams to promote trust and collaboration.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional leaders and third-party partners.
- Adapt project coordination to accommodate time zone differences between Experian regions and third-party resources.
- Lead and manage large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
**Qualifications** What your background looks like**
- Advanced knowledge of **Agile methodology** and **Scrum Master certification.**:
- Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools.
- A passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, engage and motivate globally distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
