About the Role
The Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology. Leading mid to large customer project implementations successfully from start to go-live and ensuring customers are satisfied with their deployment experience are the primary responsibilities. Other role responsibilities include:
- Becoming proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate it on all engagements- Leading simultaneous projects- Participating in the sales cycle to gather requirements and formulate a delivery approach- Ensuring your projects are accurately planned and staffed- Partnering with the customer project manager for deployment success- Presenting at project Executive Steering Committee meetings- Assisting in customer transition from professional services to our customer success team post go-live.

About You
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of project management experience, specifically with Human Capital Management, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise and/or large enterpriseOther Qualifications- Experience leading 3rd parties on a project- Delivering projects within budget as outlined in a statement of work- Background in Workday deployment methodology and processes (preferred, not required)- Ability to travel up to 25%
