The **Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM)** function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results.
**End User Computing (EUC) Reduction Analyst**
The FRSS EUC (End User Computing) Analyst will support the identification and delivery of EUC retirements.
This role will require close coordination and collaboration with the Global FRSS EUC Reduction team, FRSS Process areas located in FRSS Centers (Tampa, Manila, Mumbai and Costa Rica), GFT (Global Functions Technology) partners, Risk and Control as well as 3rd party vendors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the Global EUC Reduction Project team to understand the project goals/agenda, schedule and key milestones
- Work with key partners to track identification of solutions and delivery of EUC retirements.
- Responsible for project status reporting updates to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain tracking and reporting to monitor progress of EUC Solutions and the corresponding EUC Delivery Book of Work.
- Lead meetings and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, ensuring action items are delivered on target.
- Ability to analyze, monitor and report on large sets of data to highlight progress, forecasts, and any risks to the FRSS EUC Reduction program (including both Solutions and Delivery).
- Understand emerging risks to the project and work with key partners to mitigate/escalate risks to preserve the project agenda
**Qualifications and Core Competencies**:
- 2-5+ years of work experience in a global environment, familiarity with Banking industry is an advantage
- Ability to interface with different stakeholder/cross functional groups
- Skilled in analysis and reporting of large sets of data
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong Excel skills (including pivots, v-lookups, charts, and graphs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills (English)
- Ability to identify problems/risks and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Bachelors/University degree
- Project Management certification a plus
