We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support our Emergency Roadside Assistance Services client. This is an exciting opportunity to further enhance your call center and customer skills and work with a Global company with lots of career growth opportunities!

ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?- Previous customer service or call center experience (minimum 1 year)- Strong communication skills - well spoken / written- De-escalation skills are a definite asset- Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment- Manage high volume of calls- Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities- Comfortable with phone systems and technology- Flexible availability
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch including below calls:
- Customers who got Flat tire- Customers who Ran out of gas- Customers who have Keys / babies / pets locked in cars- Customers whose cars are broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic- Customers who met with an accident
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better- Successful completion of high school education is preferred- Must be able to work full-time from office
