**OBJETIVE**Develop relationships with the Distributor Commercial Partners (DCP's) to support the invoicing process and offer a comprehensive customer service in a timely manner that ensures the AZ goal achievement. Assure that AZ distributors accomplish the key performance indicators (KPI's) according our policies and the contractual relationship between us.**TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSABILITIES**- Monitor and continue improvement the sales invoicing process with Genpact of sales orders, credit notes, DMS volume reposition orders, in both private and public sector.- Support distributors management framework implementation, beginning with the new contract negotiation and signing, continue with KPI's agreement and finally, assure new contracts compliance.- Develop relationships with key finance people in the distributors that will facilitate reach our mutual needs and accomplish AZ KPI's.- Work together with Distributor Commercial Partners (DCP's) and become their key finance support and finance partner.- Monitor Commercial Policy fulfilment.- Validate activities that the distributors implemented, validated and together with DCP's, reconciled and recorded.- Validate that all discounts are approved or loaded in the Finance system, which to minimize deviations from controls.- Commercial and Finance ad hoc requirements according to the position.**AZ KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS**- DCP's- Country President- Commercial & Finance Managers- Retail KAM's / KAR's- Second- and First-Line Sales Managers- Finance Business Partners- _ Compliance Officer_- _ PSP Administrator_- _ Demand Planning and Logistics Managers_- _ Others_**KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH DISTRIBUTORS**- Distributors Key Decision Makers- Distributors Purchase and Finances Managers- Genpact Analysts- Third Parties' Agreements Contacts- Others**EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE****Essential**- Bachelor's degree or Licenciatura in Business Administration or Finance- 3+ of relevant experience- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends and projections.- ** Communication Skills**: able to communicate commercial insights/trends/numerical data to internal and external stakeholders effectively.- ** Market Knowledge**: basic level of market knowledge regarding distributors, pharmacies, channels, etc.- ** Commercial and Finance knowledge** with focus on the basics of financial and commercial agreements that facilitate the follow up of the different kind of orders, credit or debit notes which contain discount Scales, financials discounts, bonus orders, etc.- ** Key Account Management **that facilitates distributors internal process understanding, establish relationship with key business people and fit AZ needs in alignment with distributors needs such as stocks levels and market opportunities considerations.- ** Monitoring sales and key performance indicators**, that will assure compliance of the contractual agreements.**Desirable**- High Excel level- Data base analytics skills- Spanish and English spoken (Advance level)- People oriented- Customer service and business oriented- SAP basics- Prior pharma experience**Conflict of interests**:According to company policies, the employee must make the "Conflict of Interest Declaration" when there is a situation to report.
