Chooses and develops distribution partners through knowledge of the local markets and competitors.- Design and implement a plan that maximizes BSC's overall operating income for a Country or, a Franchise across countries.- Develop objectives, strategies, tactics, and action plans to support the plan consistent with the BSC divisional strategic plan.- Devise and implement successful sales strategies and build relationships with influential clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers within targeted groups.- May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals.
