As Employee Experience Student Worker, you will be part of the Costa Rica Assembly and Test group (CRAT) and will report to CRAT People Systems manager directly. The CRAT Employee Experience (EExO) team works with global Intel Assembly, Test and Human Resources stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class employee experience programs that touches all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention. This team is responsible for developing, implementing, and running employee experience programs that drive engagement, recognition, well-being, and diversity and inclusion across CRAT organization impacting 800+ employees. As an employee experience student worker in CRAT Employee Experience Office team, your role will be key to generate an engaging event for Costa Rica Assembly and Test employees to improve their experiences while working at Intel.
