About the Role
As a leader for the Data Quality team, you will establish and build up a new team in Costa Rica focused on data quality for all our opportunities to ensure accurate data at source to drive compensation payments, reporting, analytics, and machine learning models. The role will have a manager and IC's reporting directly to the role.
The role of Director of Operations and Site Leader for Workday Revenue Operations in Costa Rica serves as both the local leader for Revenue Operations in the day-to-day management of activities and co-representative of Workday with all manner of administrative and local activities to further the successful development of the company's presence in Costa Rica
Responsibilities (Data Quality)- Establish and build a new impactful team- Manage and lead talent- Manage a team with mix of IC's and a Manager- Define SLAs and report on performance on regular basis- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as Deal Management and Finance teams- Identify areas of improvement for system, process or enablement and work with relevant stakeholders to motivate change- Detailed oriented and dedicated to data quality and accuracy
Responsibilities (Revenue Operations Site Leader)- Act as the representative of Revenue Operations on the Costa Rica Leadership Team, working with other leaders to ensure the Workday community is healthy and growing.- Represent the best interests of the employees of Workday Costa Rica in areas related to employee welfare, including organizing local team building and morale-boosting events and activities, to ensure general camaraderie, employee engagement and satisfaction.- Build the local brand for Workday as a marquee employer of choice. This would entail working with P&P, Employee Communications, Talent Acquisition and other groups and could entail attending local events related to hiring and recruiting at educational institutions and other organizations- Promote the company's work in building and fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive working environment that allows everyone to bring their authentic selves to Workday and do the best work of their lives- Promote the growth of Workday Costa Rica with internal functions by highlighting and promoting the skills, talent, accomplishments, and potential of the employe
