The Director of Community Safety and Security is a crucial role responsible for integrating Security, Medical, and Fire operations into the club's daily functions. Ensuring a world-class experience for members, guests, and employees is the primary focus.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the Community Safety and Security team provides exemplary service to all stakeholders.
- Draft the Club's Master Community Safety Plan, encompassing operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain governance and policy for the Club's safe and private operation.
- Identify and counter community safety threats, hazards, risks, and vulnerabilities.
- Implement policies to deter, detect, and respond to unauthorized access or disruptive activities.
- Address loss prevention and theft, implementing proactive measures.
- Research and recommend security technologies, systems, and equipment.
- Develop cost-efficient plans for safety during construction and operational phases.
- Assist in preparing requests for proposals for safety resources or services.
- Create budgets supporting effective operations across Club development phases.
- Hands-on operational management, including recruitment, training, and day-to-day oversight.
- Coordinate executive protection for VIP members and guests, ensuring their safety and privacy.
- Oversee risk management and occupational health and safety during Club activities.
- Provide command and coordination during critical incidents, working with local emergency services.
- Attend corporate meetings, briefing and updating on operational topics regularly.
- Develop and implement training programs addressing life safety issues.
- Conduct drills and tabletop exercises to test readiness and responsiveness.
- Lead internal investigations on security and safety matters.
- Maintain local intelligence capability and security analysis for leadership consideration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, law enforcement, and medical providers.
- Conduct briefings and after-action reviews for major Club events or incidents.
- Manage information security in coordination with the IT team.

**REQUIRED ATTITUDES/ BEHAVIORS**
- Professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Resourceful and adept at interacting with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated experience in resource management.
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, and/ or SKILLS**
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Business or Public Safety preferred.
- Executive Protection experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Law Enforcement, Military, or Hospitality executive roles preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish for effective communication with local and federal entities.
- Knowledge of security systems management, budget creation, and special event management.
