We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Communication team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it's your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. Tasks And Responsibilities
- Support marketing, merchandising and propose creative solutions to business strategies and affiliated programs to promote products and services through traditional or digital channels to increase exposure to the target audience
- Supports the implementation of marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness
- Uses specific marketing strategies and collaborates on media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a business sector
- Implements marketing and communication materials to meet strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams
- Assists with the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects
- Creating communication media: presentation, posters, flyers
- Generate media content: podcast, digital campaigns, etc.
- Follow-up of the media plan
- Supports purchasing process according to annual budget.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Understanding of communication, marketing, conversion and online customer attainment
- Strong creative and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to drive projects

Who are we looking for?
- Active student of or marketing, journalism, public affairs, communications or related field.
- English Level Intermediate.
- Strategic mindset: anticipate future trends and implications accurately.
- Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
- Personal commitment to and takes action to continuously improve and lean; accepts assignments that broaden capabilities.
- Proactive.
- Open to learn.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proficiency with social media and websites content development.
- Available for a minimum period of 6 months.
