Job summary:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities encompass the review and management of digital assets and product images. Expectations of the job include:
- Collaboration with the Digital Asset Management Librarian and the Digital Imaging & Photo Studio Coordinator, working together efficiently to ensure a smooth and accurate process flow.
- Collaboration with the Product Content Digitization & Process Leader to prioritize project-based workload, derive timelines, and to report on progress to targets.
- Collaboration with business stakeholders, marketing and sales teams, e-commerce teams, and other cross functional stakeholders, to raise awareness and understanding of digital asset and imaging processes and to identify opportunities.
- Prioritizing digital asset and imaging requests according to business and customer needs
- Validating assets and images to ensure they meet or exceed predetermined guidelines.
- Gathering complete and accurate metadata for digital assets and images to be loaded to our systems of record.
- Recommending image leveraging opportunities to business stakeholders.
- Loading and linking digital assets and images into the corporate system of record.
- Participating in daily team meetings to discuss recent activities, daily activities and barriers to completing work.
- Participating in work planning to drive completion of project goals on time and with a high degree of quality.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems of record (SAP, Hybris, Celum, Salsify, Adobe, etc).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure multiple tasks are completed by designated deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and able to work effectively as an individual, in cross-functional groups, and with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated attention to detail to prevent errors in work.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing e-commerce organization.
- Troubleshooting Skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Collaborative Team player.
- Analytical skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, etc).
- Advance English Level B2+
- 2+ Years of experience in Marketing managing assets and experience using (SAP, Hybris, Celum, Hamer, Adobe, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Communication skills in Portuguese.
- Adobe experience is desired
- AI tools knowledge
- Project Management knowledge.
