What This Job Involves
Lead a team of Procurement Analysts with the below responsibilities:
Renewals - Negotiation of commercial deals for renewals.
Negotiations for new requirements - Negotiation of improved pricing, commercial principles and payment terms to achieve optimal pricing.
Running RFP (Request For Proposal)/RFQ (Request for Quote)/RFI's (Request for Information) to find best options for the business. This would include running the process with suppliers, supporting the business reviewing options and contracting as applicable.
Running e-auctions where applicable.
Collecting rebates/tiered discounts with key suppliers based on spend throughput/agreed principles.
Analyzing pricing information and data to build total cost of ownership and identify opportunities for further cost efficiencies.
Identifying opportunities to save money or aggregate demand.
Support Ad-hoc work that might be required by Category Director/Manager (including market research, data on adoption levels, ESG reviews, etc.).
Partner with Category Director/Manager and business stakeholders to ensure full alignment on the approach that needs to be undertaken, any key goals that need to be achieved, and ensuring appropriate approvals are ascertained. Expect Category Directors to brief, add context, and determine what the activity might be based on the wider strategy/plan with the business.
Ensure timely update to business stakeholders and ability to recommend and influence change.
Project Management for sourcing activities.
Collaborating with Legal on appropriate contractual documentation including contract, SOW (Statement of Work), Order, Change Request, etc.
Reporting savings onto Jaggaer. Ensuring contracts and approvals are uploaded into Jaggaer. All processes and savings are managed on procurement systems accordingly.
Ascertain approvals in line with JLL's approval guidelines.
Ability to source internationally and appreciate nuances that may need to be considered.
Provide timely updates to Category Directors/Managers as applicable.

**Leadership responsibilities**:
Responsible for handling a team size of 7 to 10 members.
Ensure prioritization & urgent item requests are attended to promptly. Ability to manage escalations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Ensure team's adherence to turnaround time and accuracy of activities undertaken including any transition in / Out or ad-hoc projects.
Effective management of internal & external stakeholders while nurturing a good relationship.
Ability to positively influence and get tasks completed by not just the team members, but the site teams as well.
Work as an escalation point for the team to highlight challenges, assistance required, etc. to help meet process KPIs.
Work with other Leaders in the project to create a culture of collaboration, address issues and identify new opportunities.
Proactively raise issues regarding client/team issues as they arise.
Undertake monthly and annual performance reviews, conduct interviews as required, and leave management.
Continuously strive to upskill team from industry, domain, and 'soft skills' perspective.
Drive process improvement initiatives to closure including improvement ideas for accuracy, exceptions, cycle time, and lead time.
Maintain individual and team production logs as directed by the Manager/ Assistant Manager
Regulate process controls effectively and proactively while continuously assessing the need for control improvement.
Communicate effectively and work closely with Site Directors to influence change in processes impacting AP functioning.
Coach and mentor team members to ensure the all-round development of individuals.
Keep the Management fully informed of all potential risks, issues, challenges, and KPI misses.
Provide feedback to Corporate Procurement LT and ensure the transition is a success.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
3-5 years of experience leading teams in a procurement function.
Advanced or Fluent English level is expected.
Appetite to support international sourcing projects.
French/German are a plus.
