**Job Description**:
The Deputy Manager
- Human Resources manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR-Deputy Manager manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: sourcing & recruiting of all positions, departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, organizational development. The HR-Deputy Manager, under the direction of an HR Manager, is responsible for providing effective HR consultation and support to assigned business group(s). The areas of HR support include, but are not limited to: staffing and recruiting; benefits administration; compensation administration; performance management; employee relations; and training and development.
**Qualifications**:
At least 4-5 years as HRBP or Generalist is a must. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.Experience for at least 3 years in Recruiting and staffing End-to end processes. Organizational and space planning; Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; policy development and documentation; Employee relations; Company employee communication.
