The Data Quality Specialist will be fully dedicated to improving the data quality for the branches.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and review data that is entered into Hellogic and client relationship management systemsCheck for completion and accuracyClean data, identify, assess and resolve any data quality issuesDevelop good relationships with users and interact with them to resolve any data quality issuesDevelop and utilize existing data quality best practice guidelines and providing user trainingProvide support to ensure that best practice is followedAddress the root cause of data inconsistencies and recommend improvementsEnsure that the business has access to complete and accurate client data to support decision making and to utilize such data for the customers' QBRsMeasure and report to management on the progress of data quality improvementEnsure that milestones and tracking events are entered according to customers' SOP'sMonitor the relevant Dashboards and Scorecards and addressing the team to make sure each staff member is managing his/her milestones and tracking events timely and according to SOPConduct user trainingDetermine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long term solutionsDevelop process improvements to enhance overall data qualityAdditional tasks as assigned by the SupervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise any direct reports.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
