**Responsibilities**:

- Perform supervisory activities of individuals including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and/or termination
- Provide oversight and guidance to employees to enhance their data quality, analysis and reporting processes
- Drive data quality resolution strategies and practices
- Lead data improvement initiatives in compliance with Citi Data Governance Policy
- Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, perform financial reconciliation, and measure Data Quality to drive data quality resolution
- Define and formulate business requirements documents
- Optimize metrics reporting process; Perform analysis to test hypotheses and size opportunities, and/or oversee efforts for Data consumption demand and Data requirement from strategic data repositories
- Lead project management activities
- Support senior management strategic vision by developing and recommending solutions to address issues and capture opportunities
- Present findings/analysis and make recommendations to senior management
- Identify critical data elements, Data Quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements
- Report Data Quality issues through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management process
- Lead project management efforts that support the design and process improvement projects across the enterprise

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience defining and implementing Data Quality programs; 5 + years of experience in Data Management; Banking or Finance industry preferred. 5+ years of management or supervisory experience required
- Advanced English level
- Proven ability to provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders, while monitoring tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
- Communicates effectively in non-technical terms at all levels of the organization
- Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
- Proficient in using data management and analysis tools
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Optimizes work processes by knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement

**Education**:

- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

The Data Quality Manager is a seasoned professional role responsible for operational/service leadership and direction to team(s) in coordination with the Data Quality team. The overall objective is disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. The role may contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within the area of Data Quality. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the Data Quality family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing E2E Releases and coordinating with multiple functions across the firm.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Test Strategy, Release projects plans, etc.
- Strong knowledge and working experience of JIRA, Confluence, Service Now and Project Management software.
- Strong Documentations skills to prepare Software Development lifecycle Documents.
- Participates in defining and establishing appropriate data standards, understanding the data needs of regulatory and internal reporting, the acquisition of that data, the financial reconciliation and Data Quality measurement of that data and fixing issues at source through the Issue Management Resolution process and other transformation programs.
- Works to ensure that functions are compliant with Citigroup Data Management Policy
- Defines strategies to drive data quality measurement, produce data quality dashboards and reports, and implement data quality strategies to effectively govern data and improve data quality.
- Works with data quality partners and Technology teams to identify and implement data quality tools. Identify critical data elements, data quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements.
- Secure approvals from Data Governance Officers on scorecard requirements and use (i.e., tollgate documentation).
