**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**
The primary responsibility of the Card Services Analyst is cardholder services including internal credit union support, credit management, relationship management with cardholders, vendors, risk and fraud management.
**General Job Responsibilities**
- Completing daily tasks which could including any of the following:
- Regular Phone Calls.
- Data Load.
- ACH & Wires Payments.
- Airline Refunds.
- Visa Waiver Insurance Form.
- Suspect Audit.
- Triage Back Up.
- Credit Limit Increase.
- Account Change Request.
- Credit Card Declines.
- Card Terminations.
- Pcard Audit Doc Submission Notification.
- Pcard Audit scope definition.
- Pcard Audit work load distribution.
- Pcard WorkOn Creation distribution.
- WorkOn creation.
- Pcard documentation Audit.
- Work in a team environment, which involves collaboration and use of team-based methods and tools.
- Participate in at least 2 CIP processes and propose innovation ideas within AP-Area.
- Support migration process.
- Identify issues on a timely manner and provide visibility to the management team when something is going to affect negatively the operation.
- Participate to status meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Attend and/or contribute on trainings (internal).
- Perform other functions related to the position.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics)
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader.
- Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years in accounts payable role, or accounting experience. Experience in a business service center preferred.
- English level: B2+ or C1
