**Job Description** Role Summary**

Responsible for the design, development, update, and facilitation of technical and non-technical documentation for the Experian Data Development team. Partners with other leaders in CIS and Experian, such as Operations Managers, Data Analysts, Quality Assurance Managers, Product Managers, Development Managers and Sales Leaders, under the oversight of the Documentation & Training Manager to assess documentation needs, establish documentation objectives, and develop and execute appropriate documentation for existing, new and enhanced operational duties taking into consideration regulatory needs. Participates in document governance and annual reviews.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- 5-8 years relevant experience writing and editing technical information required. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with or knowledge of documentation management systems/practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately translates complex topics into simple, layman terms.
- Communicates and collaborates with team members and project staff to plan, develop, and produce high-quality documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Works simultaneously on multiple assignments.
- Makes updates to existing materials to ensure relevance and accuracy while adhering to company format.
- Reviews current documentation format and proposes modifications regarding organization and presentation, performs continuous analysis of documented processes and procedures and collaborates with process owners for modifications when needed, and assumes some responsibility for document governance and reviews.

- The ability to learn new technical and business concepts quickly.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of English language mechanics and editing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial services/lending industry/sales preferred.

**What you'll bring**

Researches, develops, and updates a variety of technical documents including operating procedures, instruction procedures and manuals, Seismic records and documentation used to support development projects and the transition to production process.
