- The Data Contributor Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the day to day performance of a group of analysts, distributes workload based business prioritization, provides guidance, support, identifies development needs; employs prudence and tact while managing the reciprocal relationship between staff, Professional Services Consultants and management. _

**What you'll do**:

- Complete daily, weekly and monthly management reports.
- Perform ongoing routines of: one-on-one, feedback sessions and/or coaching with direct reports.
- Follow up with appropriate use of disciplinary procedures as required.
- Monitor and analyze team performance to monitor efficiency/productivity and to identify proactive opportunities for improvement and development.
- Motivate, encourage, support and inspire the team to surpass their potential, create a sense of ownership within the employees and model company policies and values by ensuring compliance with company's procedures and policies.
- Contribute and resolve complex tasks, requests, escalations and issues accurately in a timely manner to offer optimal solutions.
- Respond accurately and timely to the on demand request from the Business Owner and Professional Services Consultants.
- Partner with key resources in the Business Units, Center of Excellence and Global business Services to identify potential process improvement initiatives.

**What experience you need**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree Diploma.
- Advanced spoken and written English Level ( B2 or C1).
- Minimum of 1 years of proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Office(Excel).
- 1 year+ of proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or SME.

- Knowledge of CDC processes.

- Strong analytical and problem solving oriented skills.
