3M is looking for passionate and driven **Customer Support Representatives **to provide customer support for the Tier 1 Omni-Channel Support Global Service Center team in Costa Rica in building a collaborative and innovative culture.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following**:
- Shares 3M new products and services with customers to meet their requirements
- Responds to a variety of inbound internal business partner and external customer inquiries, taking action as appropriate:
- Provides inquiry resolution and escalation per established processes
- Triages inquiries to others for resolution
- Documents customer interactions accurately and completely
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Technical High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year call center, customer order entry, or other customer service experience required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Types a minimum of 45wpm
- Fluent English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University
- Minimum one year combined experience using workforce management systems and/or contact management systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to adapt easily to rapid change and work well independently and with teams
- Strong system aptitude and analytical skills
- Must be able to develop positive relationships with all internal clients, all levels of 3M leadership as well as 3M customers
- Being fluent in French and/or Portuguese is highly attractive
