**Your duties will include**:
- The position requires continuous interaction with functionally related departments, distribution networks, customers, carriers, and internal MicroPort Orthopedics management.
- Must attend training sessions and available seminars as presented to stay current on new products and procedures.

- Are familiar with JDE Order Entry/Inventory System.
- Possess excellent Data Entry skills.
- Can cover data entry processing for distributors not online with JDE. Possess strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. You can demonstrate your ability to multi-task, self-motivate and self-manage, and follow through on assignments. Can demonstrate to have a professional attitude and be an excellent team player.
- Are fluent in English - written and verbal (B2+ or above).
- Are accurate and have attention to detail as it is essential. Must proactively recognize and correct errors.
- Show the ability to meet deadlines and be results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**YOUR EDUCATION**
High School Diploma or GED.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE**
1-3 years of customer service experience or related field; history of working in a medical device environment preferred.
