Digital Delivery Operations (DDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Managed Services organization. Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business, focusing on contractual servicing offerings for enterprise Tier 1 accounts in the commercial domain, as well as internal HP employees.
**Job specifics/responsibilities**:
- Management of new kickstart pilot projects for MCS customers (2-3 months each)
- Customer engagement to position new kickstart project opportunities
- Management of kickstart project deliverables to ensure successful completion
- Customer kickstart project closure presentations
- Support costing for new MCS opportunities and POCs
- Support pre-sales communication with customers, to explain MCS monitoring process & delivery model
**Key deliverables/accountabilities**:
- Kickstart projects completed within budget and schedule agreed with customer
- Kickstart projects presenter to customer
- Kickstart projects leading to signed HP MCS service contracts (conversion rate)

**Education (degree) and professional experience required**:
- Bachelor/Master
- Experience in virtual team environment
Other requirements:
- Fluent English
- Other foreign languages knowledge would be an asset
