**Job Description**:
- Department Overview
- The Customer Incentive Plan Team is part of US Operations.
- CIP Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in the US.
- Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Executing merchandising rebate validation calculations, Market Development Fund (MDF) agreement construction, MDF payments, and dispute/deduction reconciliation.
- Build and maintain MDF agreements
- Administer MDF claims
- Utilize Power BI, as well as Excel, to validate sales and program results
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are mt
- Generate non-routine and difficult research when requested
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or a Minimum of 1-year combined experience in Finance, Analytics, Pricing, Sales, Customer Service or Marketing.
- Advance excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, vlookup and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service or marketing
- Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
