As a leader, you will own the creative development of consumer creative assets for Prime Video and Amazon Studios, guide cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class products that drive audience engagement. In addition to global scaled services, you will develop strategic creative content aligned with global tentpole series and movies to keep fans engaged on multiple platforms and connected to the broader Amazon family of products: Amazon Music, Prime, Audible, Twitch, Retail, among many others.

This full-time role is required to work on-premise, not remotely.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead overall global creative development of consumer marketing assets across Digital Static Art, Motion Graphics and Video, including creation of briefs, approach and cross-functional planning.
- Drive 360 brand creative direction across all channels (e.g. social, digital, Amazon owned channels, TV, in-theater, print, out-of-home) as well as globally, as a centralized model.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to internal creative and external agency teams to ensure all elements are on brand and aligned with campaign and brand strategy.
- Act as a leader and "catalyst" who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and creative assets at a global scale.
- Spark big ideas that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale.
- Promptly deliver detailed notes and feedback to internal creatives (Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Producers, Editors) and external creative agencies and vendors in order to refine and elevate the creative across all asset types through all phases of development and finishing approvals.
- Present documents and decks to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress of creative development; set mechanisms to operationalize timely status updates for campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with various internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, including channels, TVOD, SVOD and international teams, to ensure overall global success.
- Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios and other relevant global stakeholders to forward our brand position.

San Jose, CRI
- 7+ years of professional creative development experience within the entertainment/streaming industry
- Passion for entertainment marketing and storytelling
- Proven track record of developing groundbreaking creative executions across motion, AV, Static/Digital asset types
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience as lead creative across multiple projects servicing multiple stakeholders at one time
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with proven experience drafting creative briefs and presenting creative executions to stakeholders and leadership
- Knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape and/or streaming platforms
- High-level understanding of traditional and digital entertainment marketing, including but not limited to on-air, display, print, OOH, paid social, performance and digital media channels
- Understanding of global marketing principles and customer engagement tactics
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners, including day-to-day management of campaign milestones and agency deliverables
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven test-and-learn environment
