**About the role**:
LRN is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating animated digital graphics for video production. The incumbent should be proficient at multi-tasking, energized by tight deadlines, and possess a dedicated team spirit.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Building base graphic packages, including but not limited to logo design, segment title graphics, lower thirds and full frame segment animations.
- Working with multiple production teams and designing graphics that accompany editorial content.
- Creating new templates where needed for editors to work from.
- Coming up with additional creative ideas that work on a digital platform.
- Storyboarding.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience building video graphics.
- Experience with producer interaction, high-level quick turnaround delivery of digital animated graphics.
- Experience: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong illustration/design skill set.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Animation Principles, cell animation experience a plus.
