Coordinator, Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations
As a Coordinator at Convera based in our Lindora-Santa Ana office, you will be fully trained to investigate and analyze corporate customers to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation, and policies. After gathering all the required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursue or terminate the business relationship with them. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment and be substantial contributor in a very big Compliance Operations KYC project.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Ensuring all corporate customers meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, legislation, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Updating profiles of our customer accounts and keeping records up-to-date.
- Efficient internal communication to gather KYC information.
- Achieves personal performance goals and contributes to the achievement of results of the team and department.
- Maintain KYC / AML Compliance knowledge, constantly review work instructions, bulletins and new procedures issued to ensure accurate decision making and avoid mistakes.
- Post-secondary education degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail.

- Flexible working approach, strong decision making, and influencing skills
- The ability to work successfully in a self-motivated team environment

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. 2 days a week are required in office and it is hybrid.
