We're searching for a Complaints Specialist. The Complaints Specialist is responsible for overseeing the assessment, inquiry, and resolution processes concerning customer complaints. This requires thorough management of complaint files in strict alignment with FDA stipulations and guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Classify and evaluate all Quality Management System (QMS) complaints, as applicable, in a timely manner, according to related documents.
- Assign potential root cause of QMS complaints according to pre-defined workflows (when possible) to generate data to feedback the company. Complete and close the complaint record for all events that are not related to customers alleging any type of injury or malfunction that could lead to an injury.
- Escalate to Complaint Analysts I or II those complaints that are related to customers alleging any type of injury or malfunction that could lead to an injury.
- Be part of Special Projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

- Be currently in college (University) is a plus (BS/BA related field is preferred).
- English level B2 as a minimum (able to effectively read, understand and write in English).
- 0-2 years of equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working in an ISO 13485 / FDA CFR 820 regulated environment is preferred.
- Previous experience working with complaint handling (desirable).
- Dental technician or related (plus).
- Proficient in evaluating and managing customer complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in data analysis and comprehensive reporting.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative teamwork.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in dynamic work environments.
- Complaint Handling Experience.
- Dental Industry knowledge.
- Special projects.
