This role will lead, design, scaling and develop of OBPPC (ocasion, brand, product, price, channel) across OU, supported by RGM capabilities (ie CPS), designing solutions on taking advantage of data & analytics.
The position will be responsible to lead OBPPC strategy (ocasion, brand, product, price, channel) design to win at key consumption occasions and orchestrate System to scale these strategies, across all LATAM Countries. This role is also expected to design and collaborate at the design of next generation capabilities and tools, including RGM specialized models' solutions to address shopper needs and trends, under 7Cs of commercial ecosystem.
Lead System to unlock business growth and revenue opportunity in LATAM.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- This position will lead the design, scale and development of integrated OBPPC Strategies, to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion, though RGM perspective, in order to accelerate top and bottom line of system P&L.
- This role will lead design of OBPPC methodologies, based on Categories Strategic Framework, including RGM models and new global solutions to address opportunities to be developed.
- This position will co-lead discussion of new tool deployments execution and landing, with RGM Global.
COMMUNICATION FOCUS:
- Will co-lead System Capabilities to develop, scale and define OBPPC strategies, interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders. from a broad range of OU areas such as Platform Services, Marketing Category, Human Insights, Strategy to local KO teams such as HUBs and Frontline MKT, as well as Commercial, Marketing and Bottlers.
- Will influence and work with OU's Category Leads, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly) International connection with other OU's (Heads and Directors), Global Commercial leaders from C&CL.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 12+ years of experience in commercial areas, with mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies, OBPPC (ocasion, brand, product, price, channel) Definition, as well as proven experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
- Strategic & systematic thinking (forward looking vision)
- Proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy.
- Data & analytica skills.
- Tool development and deployment experience. (Improve large scale tools)
- Ability of abstraction and influence others, incorporating new ways of work toward RGM future system.
- Effectively communication across multilever in the organization.
- ** Master**: RGM Portfolio Management, Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management, Strategic and Analytical skills, agenda settlement and influencing skills.
