This position provides specialized support for the human resources operations at the SSC located in Costa Rica Manages daily support activity including maintenance of employee information.
In addition, the position will provide direct support to the SSC Site Lead by supporting different projects, Compensation and Benefits processes and initiatives, consolidation of information, policy and program development on a project basis and transactional support.
The individual works under general supervision.

**Requirements/Skills**
- Responsibilities:
- Administration of Compensation & Benefits from the start to the end in order to comply with government requirements (CCSS, Income Tax, Public and Private Insurances).
- Ensure accuracy and punctuality of the payroll and government reports.
- Analyze and present reports on compensation metrics for Projects or Audit purposes.
- Lead development or update company policies.
- Manages daily transactional support activity for SSC CR.
This includes systems transactions or follow up to policy questions.
- May support and provide guidance in some Employee Relations matters.
- Provides direct support for all HR SSC initiatives and EHS programs.
- Manage HR systems, provide maintenance, ensure the information and correct entry of data in the system.
- Administration of the company's training program
- Support in the recruitment process needs.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related HR or Administrative related function;
- Experience Minimum Required: 3+ years in HR related function- Essential knowledge:
- Knowledge in Costa Rica Payroll Process.
- Knowledge in Costa Rica labor law- Skills and Abilities:
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Advanced level in Microsoft excel and Powerpoint
- Skills in Government systems that should be used for the Payroll Process.
- Strong ability to learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and ability to work independently, under general supervision
