We are looking for someone who would be part of the Digital Collections team responsible for provides outstanding customer service that is in the best balance of business and customer needs.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Directly contributes to ensure outstanding customer service quality levels, assuring execution of risk management measures, maintaining valid supporting documents for all transactions, providing research, root cause and recommendations to address gaps in delivering incumbent duties, investigating issues and providing resolutions.
- Provides leadership and direction in resolving issues, to be a point of contact for help to other collections colleagues.
- Help and support to Leadership regarding chargeback response and upload process to processor portals when required.
- Contribute and own specific collections processes, provide consistent visibility and challenge the current processes for better.
- To understand multiple Collections processes and desire to participate in process improvements
**Role Requirements**
- Excellent English required, writing, and speaking.
- Advanced excel is a Plus.
- 3 years of service industry or relevant experience is desired.
- Collections experience is desired.
- Strong Teamwork.
- Open for provide and receive feedback.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Proactive personally and change agent mentality.
