Collections Supervisor - Canada

The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for the development and guidance of a group of collectors, while maintaining customer relationships and taking action to ensure invoices are paid within account terms while providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiates and advises on collection of overdue bills and takes appropriate action to recover overdue payments. Ensure the staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards.

Provides coaching, candid feedback, input into performance evaluation for team members, recognizing strengths and individual opportunities for development; maintains focus on own development; Demonstrates an understanding of the current talent needs within own work group and looks for ways to address those needs primarily through on-the-job training and mentoring

**What you'll do**
- Supervise a team of 4 to 5 members
- Responsible for the performance of the work group
- Manage the AR portfolio: perform analysis, research, review and resolve past-due and special long-term due accounts.
- Ensure all analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting is prepared accurately by deadlines

**What experience you need**
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- 2+ years of experience working in Collections B2B
- English fluency required B2+/C1 (Belt)
- 80% Advanced Excel skills

**What could set you apart**
- Fluency in French language
- Salesforce - Oracle Experienced
- University graduate; preferably in business administration, finances, accounting, or related fields.
