It Supervisor

2-3+ years on leadership role or equivalent experience. Natural leader, with the ability to build and manage productive teams.

Proven ability to manage and develop high-performance teams and exposure to complex personnel management situations.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance

Computer Architecture Fundamentals

Software Optimization and Debugging

Proficient in testing methodologies

Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Squad development environments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must have great analytical and troubleshooting skills and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Knowledge of Good Software Testing and Documentation Practices.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
