You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You create market-leading capabilities in managing space, range and distribution to maximize category growth throughout all retail channels and environments and track and measure performance of space against forecast plans.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Deliver our Mondelez International Perfect Store agenda identifying relevant growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implement/develop actionable measures
- Design Picture of Success for our key customers in regard of shelf, secondary placement and promotion efficiency
- Lead Category Management projects with key customers
- Equip Sales Teams with relevant materials and tools and train/steer them to efficiently execute perfect store related topics. Support development of annual trade negotiations.
- Develop plans and ideas to drive and improve future business of Mondelez International in light of perfect store related topics
- Close collaboration with multiple functions internally and external stakeholders

Catman Coordinator, es un rol encargado de manejar proyectos de alta complejidad, capacidad de decisión, coordinación con diferentes áreas, creatividad y con necesidad alta de self -driven. Por medio de su proactividad debe aportar al crecimiento de las categorías en los retailer a través de sus recomendaciones y liderazgo de proyectos.
**Educación/ Titulaciones**:
- Administración de Empresas, Ingenierías, Economía o carreras afines
**Requisitos específicos del puesto**:
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en Category Management, Trade Marketing, marketing, ventas, Customer Marketing, Category Development, Shopper Development o áreas afines en empresas de consumo masivo. En específico mínimo 3 años de experiência manejando proyectos de Category Management.
- Experiência en manejo de cuentas relacionadas con retailers de Centroamérica, en espcial Walmart.
- Inglés avanzado es requisito
- Experiência en manejo de bases de datos, insights de consumidor.
- Habilidades de negociación, planeación
- Paquete de Microsoft Office con Excel Intermedio/avanzado
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, influencia, liderazgo y solución de problemas sobre la marcha.
