A leading iGaming Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Campaign Manager.
This position will be responsible for planning and coordinating effective campaigns for customer acquisition initiatives stemming from data mining list capture (Direct Mail, Digital Ads, V2T, E-Marketing, Short-Messaging etc) Campaign Manager duties and responsibilities: A Campaign Managers primary duty is to ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time and on strategy to achieve their objectives.
The CM will work with the Creative team and Reporting/Analytics team to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide the necessary resources required to meet campaign objectives.
Key responsibilities include: Developing campaign briefs that define overarching consumer marketing objectives and messaging strategies.
Coordinating with creative teams and the Project Manager to ensure the on-time delivery of creative materials and content.
Collaborating with Directors and the Reporting/Data Analytics team to produce performance reports and establish business goals and KPIs.
Supervising the execution, monitoring, and measurement of data-mining campaigns to evaluate their success.
Ensuring campaign implementation adheres to organizational brand guidelines.
Compiling regular performance reports in collaboration with the Reporting and Analytics team to optimize ROI.
Utilizing data and feedback from past projects to improve future campaigns.
Planning and coordinating project timelines and milestones with the Art Director, and reporting progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Preparing teams for key checkpoints.
Acting as the gatekeeper for incoming creative requests and outgoing assets.
Campaign Manager skills and qualifications: The ideal Campaign Manager will possess strong communication abilities and a solid foundation in marketing strategy.
They will also demonstrate relevant work experience and project management skills.
Key qualifications include: Strong English language and writing skills.
In-depth knowledge of North American sports.
A passion for and understanding of data capture.
A college degree or higher in communication, digital marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant job experience.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
