**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of Finance Business Relationship within the Controllership Area.
The main objective of this team is to enhance and secure the partnering relations between GBS Finance & Procurement with end markets, through efficient and effective means of communication. This team also tracks the performance of GBS support to end markets through qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Works to maintain and grow the relation with the client, at the same time ensuring a permanent service for clients.
Holder of this position will also represent GBS in front of end markets, in terms of improvement initiatives related to the implementation of standard systems, the migration of new applicability fields and the implementation of best practices. This person will also represent the business relationship manager in key audiences or forums when the latter is absent.
This position also supports the operational departments in tracking the improvement areas, to ensure that GBS provides high level accountancy processing services to its clients. Moreover, holder of this position has a key role in managing the company's business risk as well as in other key compliance areas across GBS.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Execute the End-to-End processes of the business relationship model either operational or strategic. This also includes executing improvements to the key touchpoints with GBS Partners.
- Support the business relationship manager with the implementation of customer satisfaction (NPS), maintaining client communication and drafts action plans as per the end market feedback.
- Act as the 3rd level of escalation for GBS Finance area and act as a single point of contact at managerial level, maintains communication with the client during delivery of a service rendered at internal level, regardless of whether it is a business process in the Financial/Human Resources or IDT field, in the client's geographic location.
- Supports GBS in terms of service growth opportunities and contract renewals. Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate parties for opportunities aimed at new services or potential portfolios.
- Coordinates with GBS to ensure continuous improvements and efficient services in compliance with the agreement's requirements.
- Coordinates training initiatives with end markets or within GBS and development needs within an organization through an analysis of jobs, assessment schemes and periodic consultation with company managers and human resources departments.
- Takes part in ad-hoc projects, as assigned by the direct superior. This includes support in the yearly execution of the KPMG Finance audit.
- Respond to end market daily queries or specific requests.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of related experience to the role.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Clear understanding and experience working with the GBS Finance areas (P2P, R2R, General Ledger, O2C, P&R, Master Data).
- Relevant experience with team management & development.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Excellent presentation skills, proven oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual, working at high professional standards, with a strong focus on delivering quality and customer centric services to internal clients.
- Excellent understanding of processes and requirements for an efficient Corporate Governance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to communicate with personnel at all levels in all departments and companies, both inside and outside the group.
