The Process Engineer role entails analyzing and documenting current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas requiring improvement. They will closely collaborate with stakeholders across departments to redesign processes, aiming to elevate efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
We are seeking for a highly skilled Tools Expert to join our Field and Channel Global Business Process Management Team. The Tools Expert will be responsible for evaluating, and improving our current business tools (CRM, FSM, FES, EEG etc).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Tool Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of tools, from selection and procurement to maintenance, upgrades, and eventual decommissioning.
- Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and deployment of tools into existing workflows.
- Optimization: Analyze tool usage data to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of tools, including user guides, best practices, and maintenance logs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to align tools with organizational goals.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First Level University degree (Industrial engineering Or Business Administration)
- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, FSM, FES, EEG business tools.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
- Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
- PMP Certified is a plus
