_SGF Global is looking for a Data Entry Operator, to work with multinational important client for the IT field, located in Heredia, Costa Rica:_

- **Schedule**: 8 hrs, full time, 8 am-5 pm
- **Location**:Heredia, Costa Rica
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least 3yrs of data entry experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Data entry experience or related office experience.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
- English upper B2 (written and spoken).
**Functions**:
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and deal information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Processes customer and deal source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and deal data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and deal data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
