A Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.
They analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Attend the meeting scheduled by appointment setter
- Administrative Task
- Cold call
- Find retail partners
- Update and maintain CRM
- Respond to advertisements by
- Secure leads coming from social media (Website, LinkedIn)
- Facilitate introductory calls
- Research lead information
- Get leads from referrals and follow up
- Introduce the company, services, and close the sale
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience bringing in new client
- Experience searching the internet for contact information of executives and potential customers
- Experience working in closing deals
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledge of HubSpot & other CRM tools
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
**Basic WFH Equipment Requirements**:
- Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
- Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
- 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
- Headset for video calls
