**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to fraud detection and prevention.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and fraud metrics.
- Utilize SQL to query databases and extract relevant data for analysis.
- Leverage Excel to perform data manipulation, complex calculations, and create detailed visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to detect fraudulent activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analysis and reporting activities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and fraud management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within fraud management or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, power query functions, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and best practices.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
