Support all core operational requirements through case ownership and closure, meeting KPI SLA Provide suggestions for process improvements to help scale operations and improve customer satisfaction Support internal teams with search or resolution of any inquiries related to VCPP data (contracts, MBOs, DRFs, cases, escalations, etc..) **Requirements**:
- WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years' industry experience in quote-to-cash type case management activity Expert knowledge of Cloud Service Provider Programs Extensive knowledge in SaaS billing models and managing quote to cash SaaS processes with knowledge of upstream and downstream impact/activity Experience in two tier cloud partner sales model, with firm knowledge of software license transactions and Software as a service Experience with enterprise systems and proven knowledge of enterprise integration Knowledge in End User Computing a plus Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Proficiency in Sales Force SAP SaaS billing system
